PLEASE send me the names of your favorite Christian music videos so I can use them for our worship time.  I have been using videos from 2012 to 2016 and need new ones!!!

Here is the latest info on camp.  A schedule is attached.  PLEASE remember to pray for this damp daily!!!

ARRIVE 9:00 to 9:30 AM Monday, June 16  (if you need to arrive earlier or later let me know)

Tuesday thru Saturday 8:30 AM

Sunday 8:45 AM (bring all possessions along to church)

PICKUP Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 PM (lights out 9:30 PM)

Thursday 4:30 PM (this is to get to know hosts if you are staying in another home.

Saturday  8:30 PM (lights out 10 PM)

Sunday 12:30-1:00 PM  noon Sunday, June 23

You can join us at Rockpoint Church 10 AM worship service

The youth will be doing the music, etc, and Jerry will have the message

We will provide a lunch afterwards.  Bring whatever you would like.

PRAYER – Please be in prayer for this week and all that God wants to do in the teens/young

adults!  Pray daily for the leaders, campers, sessions, details, hearts and minds – that in all

things God would be glorified and accomplish the work He desires to do.

FOOD

MONDAY bring a bad lunch for the noon meal

Evening meal is taco night, cake or cupcakes

TUESDAY will be chicken wraps at the church

Evening will be BBQ pulled pork, rolls, potato salad & cookies

WEDNESDAY will be a sandwich bar for lunch

Evening will be baked ziti, Italian bread, salad, ice cream

THURSDAY will be lunch in town, bring money or a lunch to take

Evening will be host night, each one will eat with their hosts

FRIDAY will be lunch in town, bring money or a lunch to take

Evening will be pizza night and smores

SATURDAY will be max and cheese, vegetables and watermelon

Evening will be sloppy joes, tater tots, salad and cookies

SUNDAY will be a church covered dish luncheon

All breakfasts are provided at the hosts’ homes.  If there is something specific you want for breakfast please bring it along and keep it at their home

Daily snacks are also provided

EACH ONE IS TO BRING:

  1. Bag lunch for Monday noon
  2. Money or lunch for 2 noon meals in Doylestown

            It is important for everyone to bring some of these.  That’s how we keep the cost down.

Sunday noon: church providing covered dish for all.  Please bring something to share if you come.  We’d LOVE to have you join us!

DRESS CODE –  We appreciate modest, neat dress while still being comfortable.  Our goal is to

be respectful and edifying and to keep our focus on faces and smiles!

Guys – No cut-off t-shirts; t-shirt slogans and logos should be respectful and

appropriate.  For Sunday, khaki’s or nicer slacks; collared shirt or polo is fine.

Girls – Shorts and skirts mid-thigh or longer; no spaghetti straps (except under other clothing),

no low cut tops.

For Sunday, dresses or skirts preferred but kaki’s or dark pants are acceptable.

EVERYONE BRING [please label all belongings]

Bible – PLEASE make sure you bring our Bible!

Pens/pencils

Refillable water bottle if desired

Food you have been asked to bring

if your child may need a headache remedy or other OTC medication, please send it with them

tap water is available for free but bottled water, soda, iced tea, and vitamin water will be available for

$1-1.50 all of which goes to support missions in India, so please send a few extra dollars for

that if desired.

THOSE STAYING IN HOUSING –

Sleeping bag, pillow, bath towel

Personal toiletries

Thank-you note or card for host

Deodorant

Special breakfast food if needed for restricted diet

PLEASE PACK LIGHTLY AND LABEL ALL BELONGINGS.

WHAT NOT TO BRING –

All electronics (phones, iPods, tablets, laptops) must stay in cars, at host homes, or in bag on

airplane mode during camp days. This is a “retreat” setting in which we set aside time to focus

our minds on things above. Phones may be used AS CAMERAS ONLY with permission from an

adult leader, and then put away again. Non-phone cameras are permissible. [To contact your
