It’s been a long time since we took a good look at the basic Bible passages on marriage.  In Genesis 1-3 God sets out foundational truths.  In Ephesians 5 Paul describes a husband’s loving leadership and a wife’s submissive spirit.  1 Peter 3 contains Peter’s principles for marriage.  I’ll not just exposit the passages for you, but teach you how to break down and analyze Scripture so you can better study the Bible for yourselves.  We’ll be totally immersed in God’s Word and what He created marriage to look like.

You can arrive any time Friday and use the pools.  We will gather at about 7:30 PM Friday in the Eagle conference room for refreshments before the first session. We also have sessions Saturday morning and evening.  The last session is Sunday morning.  Checkout is at 11 AM on Sunday, although you can stay and use the pool after checking out.  Saturday from noon to 6:30 PM is free time. There are 2 heated indoor pools, a large Jacuzzi, many fine outlets a few minutes away, a great Pa Dutch restaurant on premises and an Amish farmer’s market next door.  The Gordonville Mud Sale will be this weekend.  It is the largest Amish auction and outdoor market in the country and is 3 miles down the road. 

We relax, do a lot of laughing, and enjoy quality time with our mates.  There will be snacks with each meeting including coffee and a free smorgasbord breakfast each morning in the Bird-In-Hand Restaurant. Everyone brings a little something to share for snacks.  Free coffee and tea are always available. Each room has a small refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker.  Send $50 to register, it’s a great investment in your marriage.  If you cancel the money will be returned.  The rest is due the end of January.
